“Fight Gone Bad”

3 Rounds – Max. Reps each exercise in 60 sec. – 1 Min rest between rounds

Wall Ball (20/14)

Sumo DeadliftHigh Pull (75/55)

Box Jump

Push Press (75/55)

Row (calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

    Damn…You guys need to reschedule “fight gone bad” for tomorrow! I am going to see Dr. Murray this afternoon for the shoulder. Grrrr….If I get done in time and make it down the hill…I’ll be there.

    95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
    30 Pull-ups
    Run 800 meters

  4. I think that is the wosrt so far…… loved it and hated it at the same time.
