CrossFit Classes are group training session for people who have completed the On-ramp program or Fundamentals Course.

Boot Camp Classes are CrossFit in nature, however, they do not involve any substantial external loading or complex barbell lifts. These are primarily MetCon training sessions.

On-Ramp Classes are for new clients just starting CrossFit. These classes are 1 month in length (12 sessions) and are scheduled, filled and conducted on a monthly basis. If you are interested, you must sign up ahead of time. Please contact Ian or Allison to get signed up and on your way to better health and fitness!

Open Floor Time is a time for qualified clients to use the gym facility to work on particular skills or make up WOD’s. All sessions are conducted under supervision and coaching by CFC staff.

Please note, the supervised children’s facility is only in operation during the 10 AM class time.
