10 Pull Ups

20 Push Ups

30 Squats

Boo-yah! Here you go. All body weight and loads of fun! Don’t do the math, just go out and do the workout. It may start to take a bit longer than expected about halfway through, so don’t blow up too early and pace yourself to get through in one piece. Squats are air squats – no external weight. Get some!

  1. Can someone answer the question that is pounding in my head? Why is it after some of these type workouts do I get the worst headache and then pukie attempts to crawl out of my throat?

    At fisrt I thought it was the EVIL in Ian plotting my demise.

    I got it done in 19:35….still doing jumping pullups. Got pretty dizzy though, I noticed that Crossfit workouts DEMAND that all of your blood leave your head and go to your heart and muscles IMMEDIATLEY, thus makin’ me dizzy!!!! Kinda cool as long as I don’t pass out…that would be bad. …and I would have to count all that time ticking away as I lay passed out on the floor! šŸ™‚
