30 DB Thrusters (35 Lb DBs)

This one is slight mix of a CF One World WOD from a while back. Sub  knee ups for KTE’s and tuck jumps for Double Unders. DB Thrusters are tricky since the weight sits a bit differently, but it makes for a challenging movement and workout. Remember, full ROM on all movements. You’re gonna get tired about mid-way through on this one, so the depth may start to deteriorate. No half-stepping or I will drop a 5Lb plate on your toe as punishment
