Pick your poison. We haven’t done any oxidative type endurance work in a while, so it’s due time. We have already spoken of the negative side effects of the commonly over used implementation of LSD type training in order to lose fat and “get fit”. However, we need to remember that the body needs some exposure to the time, distances and stresses that go along with oxidative endurance training.
