12 Hang Power Clean

9 Front Squats

6 Push Jerks

This is one of the more taxing WOD’s I have done. It is in essence, the clean and jerk broken down into it’s individual components. The prescribed weight is to be used in all movements throughout the duration of the exercise. Enjoy!
