Back Squats

Weighted Pull Ups

ME for the evolution in the form of large muscle groups and large loads. Squats can be done high bar or low bar, it makes no difference. Just make sure the form is good. Take your time, this is not a time event.

Rest a few minutes and hit the pull ups. Pick an appropriate weight and adjust accordingly, just make sure the ROM is complete.
