10 Push Ups

15 Squats

A classic and hard bodyweight WOD. Full ROM on all movements or it doesn’t count. Go fast, go hard. 3-2-1…GO!

    I got in 16 reps….my best was 18 several months back,,,,I must have dropped right at the pullup bar for the pushups and squats…..I will try to do less travel next time.
