WOD 1/18/09

OOOOOOPPPS…My bad it was busy last night and I forgot to put the WOD post up for the day. So here it is,

400m Run

Then 3 rounds of:

15 Deadlifts (M:225/W:155)

12 Bench Press

10 L-Pull Ups

8 Handstand Push Ups

Then finish with 400m Run

 

So, start with a 400m run, then do 3 rounds of the 4 movements. Once all 3 rounds of that are done, finish with another 400m run.

Booyah! There you go!
