Tabata Something Else
8 intervals per exercise. Each interval is 20 seconds on/10 seconds off. The total time of this WOD should be 16 minute – 4 minutes per exercise. There is no resting in between exercises or rounds other than the 10s of rest. Your score is the total amount of reps in each exercise.
The Tabata Protocol has been shown to create increased work capacity in strength, aerobic and anaerobic areas of fitnessy. This leads to increased fitness and better handling of high power outputs. It’s my way of telling you how much I love you on Valentines Day!
