WOD 2/15/09

“Linda”

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Deadlift (1.5x Bodyweight)

Bench Press (Bodyweight)

Clean (3/4 Bodyweight)

The “Three Bars of Death”. Set up 3 bars with the above weights, or if this is too crazy and you are smart enough to realize it, scale down and go for it. Do 10 reps of each movement before moving onto the next one, then 9, and so on. The cleans are full squat cleans for maximal power output and effort. You can do power cleans if full cleans are not dialed in yet. This is a hard WOD, but it is one of my favorites.

  1. After seven days off attempting to get over this seemingly endless sinus issue, I jumped back in with a vengence. Linda is a wrecking ball!! Love it!!

    The new gym looks awesome you two, great job. Steph and I will be in there soon.
