Rest Day!

Welcome to some of our new members – Anthea, Ruben, Andrew, Trent, Jenni and Allan. All six of them have the right attitude and potential to make massive inroads towards becoming fitter, faster, stronger and healthier. It’s nice to have you in the CFC House!

Here’s a little somethin’ somethin’ about grains in our diets and how to eat them properly. I think you all know I am pretty passionate about diet and will talk your ear off about it if you let me. One of the things I harp on is the over consumption of carbs and grains in general in our current diet. Grains are not as good for you as people would tend to believe. They cause a massive host of autoimmune disorders and inflammation issues that lead to serious health problems. I am not saying I don’t eat the occassional piece of bread or something else here and there, but we really moderate the grain intake in our house and the whole fan damily is better off for it. If you want to know more about grains, ask me – just be prepared to stand there for a few minutes.
