WOD 3/12/09


Rest for those of you following 3/1 schedule, but not for my clients! For those of you taking the day off, do some serious stretching today. Look up PNF stretching on the web and start to implement it to really make difference in your flexibility. PNF stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretch. It works very well and will make a huge difference in your recovery, athletic capability and health.

    Yeah, Ill do some stretching today. My quads and lower back are toast. Ill be back for Friday and Saturdays morning WOD.
