25 Pull Ups

25 DB Front Squats (M:35/W:25)

25 Push Ups

25 Swings (M:55/W:35)

25 GHD Sit Ups

25 DB Presses (M:35/W:25)

25 Back Extensions

Use an appropriate DB weight for the weighted movements. Rest the DB’s on the shoulder caps during front squats. Hold the DB’s in a hammer grip and keep the elbows up just as you would with a barbell. The presses are where it starts to get hard, so break it down into small numbers.
