Tabata Something Else
8 Rounds of 20 sec. work followed by 10 sec. rest. of the following four exercises. Each exercise will take you 4 minutes to complete. The entire WOD will last 16 minutes. You will do a total of 32 rounds (8 per exercise).
So, do as many reps as possible in 20s., rest for 10s., go again for 7 more rounds of the current movement. Rest the prescribed 10s. and move right into the next movement. No more rest is allowed other than the 10s. Record your reps. Final score is your total rep count of all movements.
