Ring Dips

The snatches are done single arm DB, half of the total number per leg. Sub regular dips or push ups for Ring dips.

    26:10….maybe I misunderstood the WOD. Had to use elbow straps on the last 3 sets of Knees to Elbow, and did regular dips…no rings available. Good WOD.
