AMRAP 20 minutes

35 Squats

25 Push ups

This isn’t as brutal, but not easy either. A good way to end the week. The squats are bodyweight air squats, but form MUST be flawless. That means below parallel and fully opened hip at the top. Push ups are chest to deck and full extension at the top. Anything else does not count. Finish with some heavy Farmer Carrys – 4x100m.

Trent came in feeling kind of tired yet still went at the WOD full bore. The last few roundsof pull ups red-lined him and pushed him to the limit. Still, he did each and every rep, one at a time until he finished. Trent is a helluva athlete and gained everyone's respect today with his gutsy work ethic. A true soldier!
