Well, Sorta….Saturdays will be more free form then structured from here on out. Reason being, the rest of the week is programmed by yours truly and come the weekend, you are either beat down or wanting to work on specific skills and drills. So, now would be the time to go easier, get some skill practice in, work through a WOD at 50% with no clock involved, or just come in and play around and then stretch out. If you are like Scott and have a unrelenting fascination with Fran, I guess you can do that too…..
So, go easy and work on something that needs it. POSE running, gymnastics, squats, Oly lifts, whatever.
Allison will be running the morning group at 10 AM and I will be at the box at 5 PM for those who wish to come by.
