AMRAP 20 minutes:

400m Run

10 Pull Ups 

20 DB Split Snatch (35/25)

30 Push Ups

There’s no hiding. DB Snatches are total, so 10 per leg. Everything else is what it is.

    Cool Ian:(…..looking forward to this one. At least I know its only 20 mins instead of 33 mins of “Meltdown”.

    Well, I know my weakness….anything over 12mins. Another Metcon where I mentally bonked out! 3.1 rds.
