Full from the deck, DB Squat Cleans. Full hip extension on the top of the box. Full ROM on the Push Ups.
Rest, then finish with OH Waiter Walks – Go heavy 100m out, switch hands, come back. Do it a couple more times. Stretch and then call it a day.
