5×5 Bench Press

Rest 5-10 Min.


Deadlifts (225/155)

DB Push Press (55/35)

We are back in the ME work  followed by a short MetCon to push the envelope in all directions. Short, high intensity power output is what we are after. Take your time on the Bench Press, rest in between sets, then recover before going like hell on the MetCon.

    The Oly lifting cert was 2 legit 2 quit! It’s all about cleans, jerks, snatchs, and hook grip, yup. Get ready CFC, it’s on…I’ll make up this WOD sometime…
