WOD 5/23/09

Skill Work or make up a missed WOD today. This is a good time to work on Oly lifts, gymnastics, running or rowing form in short interval format, or to go back and do a WOD that was missed.

Tomorrow we rest, so use to day to refine techniques or catch up.

    Well, I’ll be there in my all white adidas gear working on double-unders, muscle-ups and Oly lifts with the new Pendlay Elite Competition bar with Aaron. If you look good, you play good. LOL

    I did Oly lifting with Aaron, worked on the snatch, clean and jerk. After, I though it would be a good idea to do 5 rounds of 30GHD situps and 25 back extensions….whoa, the last 3 rounds I was doing sets up 3-5 GHD situps. I thought for sure this would somewhat easy and Allison’s time in the 17 minute range seemed reasonable….oh, not quite. Time: 18:47. Bahhh. I am so looking forward to Sunday, rest and cheat day. Hells yeah!
