REST DAY!

Recover and relax. It’s Memorial Day weekend, so thank a Veteran for your freedom and right to do as you please in the United States of America. Don’t forget to send your best wishes and prayers to our soldiers far from home fighting as we speak. On that note, this is a good time to enjoy the family and a couple cold beers (good beer, not watered down crap with “light” in the name!). Just make sure you do it safely.

For our continuing education, here is an article by Gary Taubes from T-Nation, a bodybuilding site that has some good stuff on it from time to time about diet and exercise. Taubes talks about fat and obesity as it relates to our neolithic diet. If you get the chance to read his books or other writings, please do it!
