This one is deceptive. You will do the above movements as many times as possible in 3 minutes for a total of 5 Rounds. You will rest 1 minute between rounds. If you cannot do barbell power cleans, use DB’s to do them, just try and go heavy with them. Push ups and squats are bodyweight only.
