WOD 5/28/09


5 Rounds – Max. Reps in 3 minutes – 1 min rest between rounds

3 Power Cleans (135/95)

6 Push Ups

9 Squats

This one is deceptive. You will do the above movements as many times as possible in 3 minutes for a total of 5 Rounds. You will rest 1 minute between rounds. If you cannot do barbell power cleans, use DB’s to do them, just try and go heavy with them. Push ups and squats are bodyweight only.

    This was a good one, me and Parsons did it but dropped the clean weight. Hey how about a “Hooah” for our Army brothers and sisters!
