So, Angie had a twist to it today. We ran it as a team WOD, with 8 teams of two. To make it extra fun, I added a 400m run at the front, middle and end of the WOD. The team was required to split the run distance and then hit the movements, 200 of each, in relay fashion for a total of 100 reps per athlete. It was a hoot.
We were joined by Michelle and Tom Nugent from Snoridge CrossFit in Washington. A couple of great folks and good friends. Both of them are hellacious athletes. We gave Michelle a going away present of torn calluses to remember us. That’s what friends are for, right?! Also joining us today were Toby Johnson, a competitive rower and instructor from the Sacramento State Aquatic Center, and new members Mo Ferry and Melinda Aiello.
