Rest 5-10 min.

12 Min AMRAP

15 Wallball (20/14)

12 DB Press (35/25)

9 Dips

Deadlifts start the fun. Rest then hit the MetCon. Do strict presses with the DB’s. Do regular dips unless you want to scale up, in which case rings would be appropriate. If you are not doing dips, do push ups instead.
