15 Deadlifts (95/65)

12 Hang Power Clean

9 Front Squats

6 Push Jerks

This is a Clean and Jerk, broken apart by it’s individual movements. Use one barbell and the same weight for each movement. Scale up or down accordingly, but don’t try and be a hero and go super heavy. That will bog you down and kill your power output. Instead, stay at a reasonable weight that you can move through, yet will still get tough towards the end.
