Pick a manageable weight. This adds up very quickly, so scale down to lighter than you think you’d need to for a push press. Keep the elbows slightly ahead of the bar, drive the bar up vertically using the short dip and drive of the legs, maintain an upright torso, and come to full lockout each rep.

    This one was taxing….I scaled up to 115 on pushpress. I think I clocked in at around 21:30? In any event although I added 20lbs to the WOD I was about 7 minutes slower than 3 months ago. Better luck next time.
