A little bit of rowing to make this bodyweight movement enjoyable. If you don’t have a rower, you get to run 800m instead. No GHD means Sit Ups on the deck with an AbMat or rolled up towel under your lower back. Enjoy!

    This was a fun one….1000m row was really cool especially at the end when your hip flexors are fried from GHD’s. Time: 24:32, I think. Thanks CFC!
