WOD 7/29/09

AMRAP 20 Min.

200m Run

20 Push Ups

10 Pull Ups

20 Dips

10 Knees to Elbows

This is treat that I did a long time back with good friends Danny MacAuliffe and Anthony Paonessa. It was a brute. You should find it quite enjoyable.

3-2-1…GO!

Tough one….I crapped out on the dips, hitting 1-2 reps at a time. Got through 6 full rounds plus the run into the 7th. Arghhhh, thanks Ian your programming is the best 😉

It is true! I fell off a jungle gym and landed on my head and back. I am hoping by the time I am able to walk upright again, and the scab is off my head-bone, my knee will be healed from surgery, and elbow pain magically gone. Anyone for “Power Meditation”. As the fall race season also becomes a spectator event.

  3. Ali…no worried I am sure Ian will keep programming “great” WODs. We are so lucky to have a coach that is sooo talented in programming. He is always finding new ways to kick our a**’s.~Allison
-Rick I am down for some meditation….and Badger…TMI

I know Ian sits back at night laughing as he thinks about the different components of the WOD. Then during the WOD he gets to see us suffer. What a twisted guy!
