Jumping Pull Ups

This is meant to be metabolically taxing, hence the light PP weight. Also, I realize the chest/anterior shoulders just got worked, so this is also why we want to keep it lighter. The pull ups are RX’d as jumping, but full ROM must be done – don’t short change them.

    On a side note Buddy…. I tried to register on the CrossFit site to post a testimonial and give some well deserved props to Ian but they wouldn’t let me register under an alias (requested for obvious reasons.)

    An email discussion to site admin with my legit contact info and request to register yielded a “You are not a unique and special snowflake” reply. :/
