Pulling out the time domain a bit here. Row 1000m, do 3 rounds of the movements, run 200m, do 3 rounds of the movements, and finish with a 1000m row. No rower? Lucky you – you get to run 800’s instead!

    I think you missed a few more exercises in there…….. I just have to ask you this..do you really hate us that much ? or you are so pissed of at the whole world and taking it out on us. 🙂
