50 Push Ups

800m Run

50 Squats

400m Run

40 Squats

200m Run

20 Squats

100m Run

10 Squats

50 Push Ups

Changing it up a bit. Practice some skill work on the front end in the form of Cleans. If you are proficient in them, do 5×3 going no more than 60% of 1Rm. If still learning, stay light and work on form. Then hit the MetCon WOD.

  1. That was sweet! Definately got the sore legs moving again. Did form work on the front end with cleans then 15:48 on the WOD. Workin my way back. Thanks Ivan & Allison!
