25 Swings (55/35)

25 Push Ups

25 Overhead Squats (65/45)

25 Sit Ups

Lock in the midsection! Lots of stability work needed here in each movement, so stay tight. Work on technique on the front end, then hit the WOD and turn up the intensity a bit.

    Happy Belated Birthday Ian…….Sorry I missed you guys yesterday but my friend was too scared to try the WOD ( he’s a cop from San Diego). I told him it would be OK because there are lots of firemen there that are always helping the cops finish their WOD. HA HA HA!
    We did the WOD anyway at Cal Fit; Good workout! We both finished around 14 minutes.
