    150 burpees, 15 5 story towers 35:36. To make up for the mass quantities of banana nut bread pesto pizza, wine, cookies, and lack of waves. ((Is that cranberry juice?))

    No burpees. No Zone. No WOD….equals a happy Buddy! Now its time to get back to business. And thank you for today’s WOD, because of my sloth and gluttony this weekend today’s WOD is a relief…..yippeeeee!1 🙂
