This WOD is meant to work on max power output and intensity. It does this by keeping the rep scheme low enough that the athlete can push hard through it without breaking and if done as a team of 2, the break between athletes allows for some recovery to hit it hard again. If you can, partner up with someone. We have done this WOD with teams of 3, but I wouldn’t go larger than that. If you are doing it solo, take 1 minute rest between rounds. Each person, team or solo, must do 7 rounds. Hey, don’t complain…there’s no running in this one!
