Double Unders

Sit Ups

Can’t do double unders? Time to learn. If your learning curve is lengthy, then sub single jumps at double the number of DU’s. Sit ups are usually AbMat sit ups, but if you are a pipehitter, you can do GHD situps.

    Watching you do those DU’s Laura made me think I really need to buy a jump rope and start practicing! You made that look easy! And Sally, a little over 8 minutes? This was made for you! … Allison and Ian, you are both genuine people who have a genuine passion for fitness!
