This variation of FGB makes you do a specific number of reps before moving on. This will give you a total of 300 points and I believe it is a harder version than the Time Priority FGB since it’s balls out the whole way. Try getting the WOD done in under 17 minutes, since that is the working time of the regular FGB. With the FGB fundraiser coming up, this is a good tune up to let you know what you need to do.
