21 Knees to Elbows

12 Swings

21 Burpees

12 Swings

21 Box Jumps

12 Swings

21 Russian Lunges (25/15) – per leg

12 Swings

Mid line stability is key here. Make sure the swings stay tight. The chest is up, the back is locked into extension, the hips create the drive and momentum on the kettlebell and the arms are at extension. Don’t muscle it, use the hips!
